This is a {Advertised Permanent / Temporary}, {Advertised Full Time / Part Time} vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Salary: NJC Grade E: £29,572 - £32,654 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 26 hours per week, 39 weeks per year from September 2025 (6.5 hours per day, preferably Mon/Tues/Weds/Fri but this can be flexible and discussed at interview)

We are seeking to appoint an HLTA, to work across all year groups.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:

  • Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated to prepare and deliver lessons to individuals, groups and whole classes;
  • Has relevant HLTA or equivalent qualifications or the desire to do so;
  • Has experience in KS2 (desirable but not essential);
  • Has an interest to work with SEND (desirable but not essential);
  • Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources;
  • Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion;
  • Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be;
  • Has the ability to encourage every child to learn, aspire and achieve;
  • Has enthusiasm, skill and desire to make a difference.
